Heads up! Plan on 15 minutes to complete. You need one waiver for each student.
Fill out the New Life Church Registration HERE and submit $149.00 payment.
Registration will not be counted as complete until all steps have been completed and payment is made.
Fill out the NW Ministry Network Leader Registration form HERE.
Check your inbox. Sign the electronic waiver form emailed to you from the NWMN.
Complete the New Life Church Leader Registration Form HERE and pay the one-time payment of $99.
Every leader will receive a $200 scholarship.
If you were a counselor at camp in 2023, you do not need to complete the background check.
For first time leaders, please complete the background check that will also be emailed to you in the second email.
